First Nations Community HealthSource (FNCH) is a private, nonprofit organization created in 1972 as the Albuquerque Urban Indian Health Clinic. FNCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center and the a Title V Urban Indian Health Center.
Over the years, our commitment to serving underserved populations has never wavered. Our organization is dedicated to incorporating traditional values into the services we provide, with the goal of improving the overall well-being – physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally – of Native American families and other underserved individuals, including those experiencing homelessness in Albuquerque and its surrounding areas.
